Recipe | Pennsylvania Cole Slaw

The spring season, in Lancaster County, means the start of the produce season. Amish families begin to plant, grow and sell all of their fresh produce at their local stands.

On the blog today we are going to share a famous Pennsylvania Cole Slaw recipe. This Cole Slaw can be made with fresh produce, which can be found at local Amish stands, or from produce bought at local stores.

This recipe can also be found in the Pennsylvania Dutch Cooking cookbook that can be purchased in our Village Store or our Gift Shop.
